Refund policy

We have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days to change your mind after donating or subscribing for membership to Spinal Muscular Atrophy Ireland Foundation CLG.

To start a refund claim, you can contact us at info@smaireland.com. To be eligible for a refund, we require the receipt or original proof of payment. 

We will notify you once we have received your instructions, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
